You need a Google account to use the test play survey.
If you don’t have an account, please refer to the Google Account Creation Guide (Official) and create one.
If you already have an account, staying logged in will make the following steps smoother.
Click the link below to create a copy of the test play survey.
If you see a form editing screen like the one above, you've succeeded. ※ The colors may vary depending on your device settings.
As a premise, Uz Studio Editorial Team conducts the detailed review based on the preset survey items. Please do not delete the preset questions when creating a copy of the survey. We also ask that you avoid making any structural changes that would significantly alter the format.
You are free to add additional questions if needed.
You can change the management title (in the dotted box on the top left) and the survey title (in the large central box) to something like "Test Play Survey for (Scenario Name)". It’s also a good idea to change ‘(Scenario Name)’ in the description to your scenario title.
Please enter the character names and adjust the number of playable characters according to your scenario by adding or removing PCs as necessary.
Click the "Send" button in the top right, and a pop-up will appear.
Select the middle "link icon" as the sending method, and click "Copy" in the bottom right.
The survey link will be copied, so paste it into a place where you interact with test play participants, such as Discord or direct messages.
You can check the survey results from the "Responses" tab.
Summary: View the summary of all participants' answers to all questions.
Questions: View responses to each individual question.
Individual: View each respondent's answers individually.
For the review, you will need to submit the survey results in spreadsheet format.
From the "Responses" tab, click "Link to Sheets," and a Google Sheets document will be created in your Google Drive.
Open the spreadsheet, and click "Share" in the upper right corner.
A pop-up like the one below will appear.
Change "General access" to "Anyone with the link."
Click "Copy link."
Paste the copied link into the appropriate field in the submission form to complete the process.
We will list frequently asked questions here.
If your question is not resolved after reading the Q&A, please mention "@Editorial Team" in the "Questions & Requests" text channel on the Discord server.
